Feeling stuck? Let's change that.
You may not be able to name it exactly, but something isn't working as it should.
It could show up as friction, doubt, fear, overthinking, or frustration. And sometimes just a quiet sense that something should be different.
Most people try to fix it at the surface. A new relationship, a new city or project. Better habits, more discipline, another self-help book.
And for a while, that works.

Patterns repeat.
Beneath the surface, unconscious patterns are running the show.
Shaping how you think, how you respond, what you reach for, and what you pull back from.
Most of the time you won't even notice them. They just feel like you.
But they're quietly shaping the thing you call your life.
And no one is outside of their own patterns.

The answer isn't strategy.
Life and mind are systems. And this is a systems problem.
Your nervous system, your learned patterns, and your beliefs are constantly shaping how you experience the world.
That system was built for conditions that once made sense. It got you to where you are now.
And while the conditions changed, the patterns didn't.
And until that changes, the story stays the same.

How this shows up in real life.
In your work, you overthink, shrink, or push harder than you need to.
In decisions, you know what you want but something stops you.
In relationships, you expect less than you should and react in ways you don't quite understand.
In how you see yourself, the patterns and beliefs set the ceiling on what feels possible.
And underneath all of it, there's a pressure that never quite settles.

Other Things Haven't Worked.
You've already tried to solve this.
Therapy, self-help, reflection, trying harder.
Some things improved. But the pattern came back.
Most approaches work at the level of thought and behaviour — they help you understand what's happening, or manage it better.
But understanding a pattern and changing it are two different things.
This works at the level beneath thought.
This is not just about behaviour or mindset, but the underlying structure. How you're wired to respond, what you've learned to expect, and how you show up in the moments that matter.

This is focused one-on-one work, over a defined period.
Most people arrive with one thing they want to change. We start there. We get precise about what's happening, where you want to go, and what's actually getting in the way.
We get clear on values, identity and purpose. A goal only holds if the whole system supports it, so we ensure the body, the relationships, and your environment are in alignment.
We use breath and meditation to regulate the nervous system. The deeper work requires a system that's calm enough to change.
Using NLP and hypnosis, we go direct to the source. We work with the unconscious patterns and beliefs that have been quietly running the show.

Generally, you function well.
You think, create, lead, and perform at a high level. From the outside, things look pretty good.
But internally there's friction. You know something needs to change.
You're not quite operating at your best and you're not ready to settle.
You're not blaming the situation. You're ready to own it.
If that resonates, this is for you.

Meet Sam.
Founder of Flow by Design · NLP & Ericksonian Hypnosis Practitioner · Former Startup Founder · CMO at Aden
From the early days on the motocross track to startups in Amsterdam and Silicon Valley, I was always chasing something.
I spent a decade chasing the life I thought I wanted. I built things I was proud of, but I also spent that decade not knowing what was actually driving me.
What followed was years of honest inner work and eventually a different relationship with myself and the life I was building.
Through the process, I trained as an NLP and Ericksonian Hypnosis practitioner and created Flow by Design: a 1:1 transformation experience for founders and executives who know something needs to change.
I also currently serve as the CMO at Aden and advise a handful of tech companies.

Lets talk.

Years of Work, Finally Landing.
In just one session, Sam brought a new level of clarity and realignment after years of inner work and unlocked a powerful shift I didn’t even realise I needed.

From Friction to Flow
I came to Sam struggling with inconsistent routines, low motivation, and a general lack of productivity.
In a single session, his calm and intuitive approach helped me release patterns I didn't realise were holding me back.
Since then, my consistency and focus have noticeably improved, and I'm looking forward to continuing the work in future sessions.

Founder, Wellness by Solace

From Concept to Conviction
I recently did an NLP session with Sam, and it gave me a huge amount of clarity around a retreat space I’m developing in Uluwatu. I had a general vision for what I wanted to create, but during the session Sam guided me through a timeline exercise where we projected into the future and explored the key milestones along the way.
That process helped crystallize the vision in a way I hadn’t experienced before. I could clearly see the impact the space will have, the kinds of connections that will be formed there, and the difference it could make in people’s lives. That clarity created a strong sense of motivation and excitement about bringing it into reality.
As an entrepreneur, having a clear vision and emotional connection to what you’re building is everything. Sam has a real ability to help you access that clarity and align with the outcome you want to create.
I highly recommend working with him if you want to sharpen your vision, break through mental fog, and move forward with conviction.
